How to lose 10 lbs. body fat – Staci M’s Transformation

When did you start Flexible Eating & how did you get started (i.e. what package did you buy?)
I started flexible eating April 2nd, 2018. My coach Luis Lopez swears by you guys and was always talking about Own Your Eating and your Lifestyle program. He has had phenomenal results at losing excess body fat and and I knew the missing link in my training was my diet. So I took the plunge and signed up for a Lifestyle membership.
What prompted you to get started?
All the amazing feedback from my coach. I was tired of feeling fluffy all the time and was mentally prepared to change my life.
How much weight have you lost?
I’ve lost 10lbs in my 50 days!! 🙂
What other changes have you noticed in your body or in general?
I knew it was starting to work when my weight belt didn’t fit anymore! In the last week I’ve PRed my back squat, deadlift and snatch!! I’ve also brought my 5k time down by 3 minutes and finally hit under that 7-minute mile. I have way more energy and I never feel that overwhelming stress of what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. It helps me gain control of my day and the decisions I make. It’s given me more confidence in all of my day-to-day choices.
What has been your biggest obstacle that you have overcome or are working on?
My biggest obstacle has been making the time to make my nutrition a priority. With this program though the resources for eating on the go and being able to listen to your podcasts in the car while driving to and from work has made it just that much easier!
What’s the one thing you previously would have deprived yourself of on a diet that you now get to enjoy guilt-free?
Ice cream!!! I love it more then anything and now I’m able to enjoy it without feeling like I’ve fallen off the wagon 🙂
What’s one piece of advice you would give someone that is just getting started?
Just do it!! Be kind with yourself when you go over on days, it’s going to happen, but get back on it the next day. Your life is gonna bring you great stress at times, being able to control how you fuel your body and how you feel daily will be one of the biggest strengths you will gain to make better choices day in and day out.
