The reason we are so passionate about our flexible eating lifestyle is because for both of us it was the first “diet” we had ever been on that actually worked. Let’s be clear, we’ve all been on diets that work, we lose weight, but we all know what eventually happens, we put that weight back on, more commonly, we put on even more weight than we lost. So, did those diets really work? No! Flexible Eating was the first time for both Roz and myself that we not only lost weight but we were able to keep it off, forever!
Can I Really Eat Anything I Want?
This is the question we get asked most often, we get it, our plan seems too good to be true. But, it’s not. Yes, yes, yes, you can eat anything you want, but you can’t eat everything you want. In short that means moderation. Want to enjoy some pizza? Do it! Just keep in mind you might not be able to eat an entire pizza – unless of course it fits your macros!
