There ain’t no party like a pizza party! After a busy week of coaching and intense CrossFit training, our idea of a fun Friday night usually involves crashing on the sofa, Netflix and PIZZA! After binge watching 13 Reasons Why and Big Little Lies we haven’t started up any new shows yet, so our fall-back guilty pleasure is Diners Drive-ins and Dives. If you missed the news, Jason and I have launched a brand new nutrition business and website! Own Your Eating is an online platform delivering our nutrition services to the world in digital format as well as via private one-on-one calls.
We have been working tirelessly for the last few months creating the next evolution of the macro movement. So what does this movement involve? Jason & I have a shared passion to change the lives of people for the better through the flexible eating mindset and philosophy. We also have a desire to find and devour the best doughnuts in every State! From these two seemingly separate dreams we have created Own Your Eating, a resource center for all macro trackers of the world. Existing in a virtual space isn’t enough for us though! That’s why we’re taking our knowledge and taste buds on a tour of the Nation and will be giving Flexible Eating seminars across the States!
That’s right, we’re renting out our house, getting a trailer & hitting the road with our two crazy pups, Marley & Mo.
