Sick of chugging down protein shakes or chowing down on grilled chicken to hit your protein? Me too! So I was literally over the moon when I came across this high protein cheesecake recipe. This dessert has just 2g of fat and 14g of carbs per slice! Try it out.
When I was in my teens, I had unlimited access to an incredibly well-stocked pantry. My affinity for junk food was no doubt inherited from my dad. He was careful not to overindulge but I rarely remember a night where a chocolate bar or a bag of Walkers salt and vinegar chips wasn’t devoured! I LOVE banana bread! But the macros on any standard slice are usually too dear to spend. Take the Starbucks banana walnut bread for example. 1 slice yields 52g carbohydrates, 21g fat and 6g protein.

If you’re following us on our Instagram, y’all know that my breakfasts have been somewhat epic of late! In the last 7 days I’ve had donuts on four occasions, pancakes twice and a sausage and egg breakfast bagel once. I can confirm that life is peachy in the foodie
