Follow these 5 simple steps to getting started with one of our Lifestyle programs:

Step 1: Select the membership that is best for you & complete your purchase; you will then be redirected to fill out our onboarding questionnaire in our exclusive online platform.

Step 2: Please wait 24-48 hours for your dedicated coach to contact you in response to your intake information. In the meantime, all members can review our resources and guides to getting started that can be found in your email after purchase and that are also visible in the “Downloads” section of your account on our website.

Step 3: Your coach will provide you with your baseline macro numbers. Our coaching platform will provide you with daily prompts and reminders to log your food and track other healthy habits in line with your goals. You can sync your MFP login with our platform so that your diary and daily numbers are clearly visible to your coach and your progress will be tracked.

Step 4: Log in daily and complete your progress for a full week.

Step 5: Communicate with your coach, receive feedback and set goals for the following week.

STEP 1:  DECIDE WHICH MEMBERSHIP OPTION IS BEST FOR YOU

STEP 2:  REVIEW OUR WEBSITE CONTENT AND GUIDES TO GETTING STARTED

Immediately upon purchase you will be taken to a page with the downloads relevant to your order. Start with the Instructions pdf. If you navigate away from this page don’t worry! You will also receive an email containing this information and it is always accessible to you in the “Downloads” section of your account on our website.

Please be sure to complete the registration for our Coaching Platform in the order confirmation screen.

Follow the instructions for getting started, join our private Facebook group and introduce yourself to our Lifestyle community. Your dedicated coach will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide you with your macro numbers. There is tons of private content to browse through on our website. If you’re not sure where to start, check out the Files section in our private Facebook group.

 

STEP 3:  MEET YOUR COACH & RECEIVE YOUR INITIAL MACRO GOALS

Your coach will contact you via our platform and provide you with your baseline macro goals based on your client intake information and any other information you have provided.

 

STEP 4:  COMPLETE YOUR DAILY HABITS & CHECK-INS

If you purchased Essential or Premium, you will check in with your coach on a weekly basis via our platform. If you purchased Basic, you will check-in once every 4 weeks. In that check-in, we ask it all! How you slept, what your hunger, energy and stress levels were like throughout the week, how your training went, and so on. The OYE platform will also allow us to see how close you were to hitting your macronutrient goals for the week and to make recommendations based on other factors going on in your life.

If you are a premium member you will also receive 2 phone calls a month from your coach. Nutrition coaching isn’t all about science. One of the main reasons our clients are so successful is not because of some magic formula, it’s because we take the time to get to know them and understand them as individuals with their own unique needs. These phone calls are a game changer for anyone who’s looking for premium care and attention and ultimate results.

 

STEP 5:  RECEIVE FEEDBACK AND SET GOALS FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK

From there, we coach! We help you identify weekly wins, what the source was of any setbacks and how to plan for such challenges in the future. Then together we decide how to proceed and what the game plan is for the week ahead. Focusing on key behavioral habits one week at a time for as long as you need, makes even the biggest goals surmountable. Sometimes we might make a macro tweak and sometimes we won’t. We always explain WHY we recommend any changes (to numbers or lifestyle habits) and check that you’re confident in making those changes.
