Think back to when you were a kid and try to recall your most favorite food to eat – we all have one.     I’d heard of flexible eating, and I’d tried logging foods on My Fitness Pal, but I didn’t have any real success with either until I read this book. With great insights and compelling personal stories, I became hooked on trying out the Own Your Eating Lifestyle for myself. This book was my first step towards a lifestyle where I can eat the foods I love, have dessert every night, and enjoy meals with my loved ones without feeling any guilt afterwards. Since I’ve started tracking my macros with Own Your Eating, I’ve lost weight, put on muscle, and I feel the best I’ve ever felt.

    A GREAT read! I read cover to cover in a few short days and could identify with so many of the example stories in the book. You can tell there is a lot of PASSION that went into the writing of the book and everything is easy to follow from getting started to daily tracking to keeping it sustainable. It is an informative tool for anyone starting out, or even for those that have been at this nutrition thing for awhile. Read this book today! Thanks for all the great insight that it provides!

    This book is full of so much valuable information and will be an excellent reference guide while continuing the flexible eating journey. Even if you think you know all about flexible eating, get this book! It is full of knowledge and hilarious at the same time.

    I really enjoyed this book. It was easy to read with a fun and conversational tone. The information about flexible eating was thorough and encouraging and the stories included about real people and successes with the program were encouraging. This will be a great resource to go back to throughout my flexible eating journey.

    If you are unhappy with the way you look, the way you feel, or your performance in the gym, I highly recommend getting on the Own Your Eating train. Your only regret will be that you didn’t start earlier.

    I devoured “The Definitive Guide to Flexible Eating” last night and found it a must-read! The heartfelt forward by Austin Malleolo creates an uplifting tone at the outset, and the contributions of “real” people reveal relatable experiences for those of us that *aren’t* CF Games athletes. (Sorry Austin!)

    You’ll enjoy the conversational tone used by Jason Ackerman and the humor infused throughout. Most importantly, though, you’ll gain a keen understanding of the science behind the Flexible Eating approach (without getting too “science-y”). Jason and James have answered all of your questions about Flexible Eating – even those you didn’t know you had!

    You’ll undoubtedly go back to this book many times as you progress through your Flexible Eating journey.
