We provide daily, affordable nutrition coaching. We can help you take your nutrition to the next level so you can achieve the healthy body you’ve always wanted.
How do we do that? Well to start, we make nutrition simple. REAL SIMPLE! There’s no more confusing spreadsheets to fill in or complicated meal plans to follow. Instead we help you build your days of eating around your schedule and figure out how to include plenty of foods that you love. Not only is our approach to nutrition simple but it’s also sustainable. So sustainable that you could be 70 or 15, a single mom or a social butterfly, working 80-hour weeks or traveling the world. Whoever you are and whatever you do, our coaching methods and approach to nutrition is universally applicable because we believe in providing individualized support. Go figure! Coaches who actually coach instead of sending you template emails and diet plans and expecting you to figure it all out on your own. From the minute you join, we’re with you every step of the way so that you get the most out of your membership.
Our mission is two-fold: end the misery of dieting for good and help as many people as possible achieve an extraordinary quality of life with some simple changes to their nutrition.
We have experienced first-hand the tremendous effect that our nutrition can have on our lives. It can give you the confidence to really look at yourself in the mirror and feel empowered by the person you see reflected there. Your nutrition can allow you to push your body to new extremes you never thought possible, like running a marathon or dashing into a burning building to save a total stranger. We whole-heartedly believe that improving the quality of your nutrition will create a rippling effect in your life and help you unlock the doors to fulfilling your deepest purpose and potential.
We wake up every day excited at the prospect of helping to end the misery in people’s lives – whether that’s helping someone get off the medication they’ve been taking for the past 10 years, lose 100 lbs., reverse the effects of aging or improve their mental health. All these ways that we suffer can be resolved with some simple changes to your nutrition. We want to give you the chance to experience the same level of self-confidence and happiness that we are so grateful to enjoy every day.
We don’t want to just change the way you eat, we want to change the way you think and feel.
The truth is, we all have a diet, it’s what we eat day-to-day over the course of our lives, but there’s a BIG difference between that and being on a diet. Roz likes to joke that as a woman she’s probably been on a diet every day since the age of 13! Jason too, as a young wrestler in school is all too familiar with the misery of dieting. Fortunately for us both, one day being “on a diet” finally came to an end and we haven’t looked back. In our combined 40+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, we have found the method and mindset approach of flexible eating to be the most successful way to take control of your nutrition and get the results that 99.9% of us are all looking for. To look better naked!!!
What is Flexible Eating?
Flexible Eating in a Nutshell:
- Determine your macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat)
- Begin tracking your daily macro intake
- Eat whatever you want to consistently hit your assigned macro goals
- Lose weight and reach your health & fitness goals faster than ever before
Flexible eating or tracking your macros, is one of the methods we implement with our coaching because it gets such great results. We know how important momentum is for continued effort and motivation to be sustained. Flexible eating isn’t a “quick fix” approach, but a strategic and effective means of developing awareness about your eating habits and your thoughts in connection to food. Every person is different though and we know “one size doesn’t fit all”. We work with our clients to help them find nutrition strategies that will work well with them and suit their lifestyle.
