This is a perfect summer treat... or anytime you're craving ice cream but need to get in some protein and a few more fruits and veggies!  It's also very low in fat making it a great go-to post workout.  The surprise ingredient here is frozen cauliflower!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz coffee cold brew
  • 4 oz almond milk unsweetened
  • 100 g frozen cauliflower
  • 60 g frozen banana
  • 1 date
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Serve alone or top as desired.  I used a sprinkling of cacao nibs as topping! ?
