Line a 9” x 10” baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt and mix until smooth.
Stir through maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread your yogurt mixture onto your lined tray, and smooth out.
Scatter the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and granola on top.
Set in the freezer for 3-6 hours or overnight, until completely hardened.
Remove from freezer and slice into 15 pieces.
