Can I Really Eat Anything I Want?
This is the question we get asked most often, we get it, our plan seems too good to be true. But, it’s not. Yes, yes, yes, you can eat anything you want, but you can’t eat everything you want. In short that means moderation. Want to enjoy some pizza? Do it! Just keep in mind you might not be able to eat an entire pizza – unless of course it fits your macros!
As you dive further into our plan, or maybe you’re already a seasoned vet, our biggest piece of advice would be make sure you don’t deprive yourself. We’ve all been there before. We are told we can’t eat this or this is bad for us, we must remove it from our pantry, our kitchen, our lives. We all know what happens next. We find it and we binge, we go absolutely crazy. We wake up 14 hours later passed out in a pile of donut wrappers with sugar all around our lips and an intense feeling of guilt and shame. It doesn’t have to be that way.
