Once a phone call has been scheduled to speak with Jason or Roz, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for that call. Calls may be rescheduled no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
At the time of your appointment, Jason and/or Roz will attempt to call you three times within your allocated time slot. If there is no answer, your appointment is deemed canceled and you will not receive a refund or be entitled to reschedule that call. Of course we understand that life happens and an exceptional circumstance may prevent you from answering the phone. If that is the case, please contact us within 4 hours of your missed appointment in order to reschedule.
