Cancellation Policy
Lifestyle Membership Coaching
We’re not like other corporations in the dieting industry who don’t care about their purchasers. We’re a husband and wife team with our own small family of coaches. We treat everyone as a valued client and not another financial transaction. If you buy any of our memberships, AND do at least 80% of what we ask you to do and you don’t get the results you want, then we’ll refund you. We stand by our word.
You can cancel or place your membership on hold at any time. To do so, please email us at contact@ownyoureating.com.
Coaching Calls
We value your time! And in order to ensure we give our clients the best service they deserve, we have to value our time too. That’s why we have put together this cancellation policy for any coaching calls. We hope you understand and find our policy fair. If you would like to discuss any aspect of this policy with us please contact us on contact@ownyoureating.com
Once a phone call has been scheduled to speak with Jason, Roz, or any member of the Own Your Eating Team, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for that call. Calls may be rescheduled no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
At the time of your appointment, your coach will attempt to call you three times within your allocated time slot. If there is no answer, your appointment is deemed canceled and you will not receive a refund or be entitled to reschedule that call. Of course we understand that life happens and an exceptional circumstance may prevent you from answering the phone. If that is the case, please contact us – or your coach directly – within 4 hours of your missed appointment in order to reschedule.
