Help! I’m afraid of carbs!
The chances are that at some point in your life, you’ve tried to cut out carbs. Carbs have gotten this evil reputation and for some reason when we think of losing weight, we associate that with eating less carbohydrates. But just like you tried to ignore your younger sibling at high school, giving carbs the shake is nearly impossible!
We’ve mentioned this before, but I think it’s worth mentioning again; we need carbs; they provide us with energy and we actually need carbohydrates to lose weight. Yes, that’s right, carbohydrates can actually help you lose weight. Aside from that there’s another reason why you shouldn’t deprive yourself of carbs. Why? Because we all know you’ll end up eating them anyway and most likely, binge on them big time!
