How we lost weight & ditched dieting!
The reason we are so passionate about our flexible eating lifestyle is because for both of us it was the first “diet” we had ever been on that actually worked. Let’s be clear, we’ve all been on diets that work, we lose weight, but we all know what eventually happens, we put that weight back on, more commonly, we put on even more weight than we lost. So, did those diets really work? No! Flexible Eating was the first time for both Roz and myself that we not only lost weight but we were able to keep it off, forever!

It’s easy to see our pictures and think, they have always been fit, or this came easy for them. Well that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
I struggled with weight my entire life, from being a chubby middle schooler, to cutting weight for wrestling, to yo-yo-ing my entire adulthood – weight watchers, vegetarianism, keto, I tried it all. Nothing worked, nothing was sustainable, until I found flexible eating.
We get it, it’s ok to be skeptical, to get frustrated, but trust the process. We aren’t going to promise you you’ll lose 10 lbs. in 10 days. Instead, this weight-loss will be steady, because this time it will be forever! You are going to lose those 10 lbs. (and more if you want!) for the last time, just like we did!
You don’t just have to take our word for it. There are others out there, people who have lives that are more similar to your own, that have made this lifestyle work for them.
