Sleep. Are you getting enough?

If you’re reading this, chances are you understand the importance of nutrition. I often tell people that yes, nutrition is the foundation to your health but right above that are two things, sleep and stress.

Often time those are two things we completely overlook in our lives.  If you ever go through a period of time where you can’t lose weight, your stuck, you are gaining weight, you need to address your sleeping and stress management habits.
