What prompted you to get started?
I seemed to always be tired, ran up the stairs at home one day and was really winded. I also saw the progress that my son was making doing CrossFit so decided to give it a shot in an attempt
to lose some weight.
What changes have you noticed in your body?
I lost over 100lbs from Sept. of 2016 to Sept. of 2017. Dropped 10 pant sizes, went from wearing 2xl shirts to medium shirts.
What has been your biggest obstacle that you have overcome or are working on?
The biggest challenge and thing I am still working on is building strength, and lean muscle. I lost a lot of weight but looked thin not fit.
What’s one piece of advice you would give someone that is just getting started?
Plan your meals ahead of time as much as you can will make it easier as you get started. It also helps keep you on track.
