When did you start Flexible Eating?
I started Flexible eating in August 2015. In July 2017 my gym did a weight loss challenge. Normally I wouldn’t do something like this but I wanted to test myself and see what I could do. I didn’t track and binged for a week, gained 9 pounds.
I got up to 219.6# Then I worked with Jason readjusted my numbers and did my version of “clean eating” on the final weigh in I was down to 204.6 with 2.5% body fat loss.
What prompted you to get started?
My friend had told me about it. After doing a miserable 21 day challenge that was not sustainable I decided to give it a shot.
What changes have you noticed in your body?
I dropped weight. Had to buy new clothes 3 times. Should have waited and saved some money since I kept losing weight.
What has been your biggest obstacle that you have overcome or are working on?
My biggest obstacle is definitely tracking 100% accurately on weekends. I was good about it for months and super strict. Then I hit my goal weight and started being lazy about it on the weekends. I’m doing better about that now.
What’s one piece of advice you would give someone that is just getting started?
Don’t be afraid and think tracking is so hard. It can hard for 2 weeks when you are still trying to get the hang of it.But then it just becomes super easy you just have to get started.
