Transformation Tuesday – Justin Haydock
This stud is turning heads and crushing his CrossFit wods now he’s 25lbs. lighter! Not only are his clothes fitting better but he looks healthier and younger too! Take a look at that chiseled jawline. Swoon! We asked Justin a few questions about his progress to date with Own Your Eating.
When did you start
My wife and I started with Own Your Eating in March 2017.
At the time of writing (9th August 2017) I’m 158 days in.
What prompted you to get
Seeing Justin and Ashley
What changes have you
noticed in your body?
In the past 5 months, I have lost 25 lbs., dropped 2
pant sizes, and am the strongest I’ve been since “retiring” from
Division 1 college football in 2004.
What has been your
biggest obstacle that you have overcome or are working on?
Eating, I really didn’t pay attention to serving sizes. I would just eat until
I was stuffed. I had pretty good eating habits as far as choices go, but just
ate and ate until I was pretty much uncomfortable and didn’t want anymore. Flexible eating has taught me how to manage my portion sizes and have a much better idea of the types of foods I’m eating so that I feel more satiated. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still hard not to want to eat more but I’m getting better at it.
What’s one piece of
advice you would give someone that is just getting started?
Weigh/measure your food as often as possible. Take time the night before to
