Workout of the Day | 05.02.2018

I know it’s cold out, but here’s a workout to get you outdoors for some fresh air and vitamin D! Enjoy this body weight workout of running and push-ups.

5 rounds for time:

400m run

25 push ups

A good overall time should be under 20 minutes. Scale and modify as needed to achieve this.

  • The run should be taking 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds. Reduce to 300m if that’s a challenge for you.
  • Push ups should be completed in 2 sets or less. If this is a struggle for you then reduce your reps to 20 or 15 or shoot for an unbroken set from your knees.
  • You could also scale the number of rounds from 5 to 4.
