Ginnie Wade Cutting Weight Transformation

Training out of Rochester Performance Gym and Retro Fitness, Ginnie Wade reached out to Own Your Eating so that she could safely cut weight for her up and coming Strongwoman competition. Since October 30th she’s lost a staggering 20 lbs! All whilst enjoying foods she loves and without feeling like she was on a diet.

When did you start Flexible Eating & how did you get started?I got started oct 30th.
I bought the Essential Lifestyle Membership and have Jen Charlesworth as my coach.
What prompted you to get started?
I needed something that made sense for my life with 3 kids. I was looking to get in better shape but still enjoy some pizza and donuts with them. I also knew I had a competition in March and wanted to compete in the light weight division. I’m so happy that I managed to make weight!
How much weight have you lost?
I’ve lost 20 lbs. since the end of October.
What other changes have you noticed in your body or in general?
My clothes fit amazing, I feel great and my lifts are awesome!
What makes flexible eating and our program different from any diets you’ve been on?
I don’t feel like I can’t have something or go out to eat and enjoy myself and I don’t feel the need to binge eat because I don’t deprive myself anymore. It’s all about balance and that really works!
What’s the one thing you previously would have deprived yourself of on a diet that you now get to enjoy guilt-free?
One thing?! There’s too many, but definitely donuts, pizza and ice cream.
What’s one piece of advice you would give someone that is just getting started?
Just start now. This is the best diet/way of life. It gives you permission to eat your favorite foods while still reaching those goals.
