Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken Bites [Recipe]
These are completely addicting and amazingly macro-friendly for your Super Bowl Sunday party food!
With just 3 ingredients these honey mustard chicken bites take only 10 minutes to prepare
and another 15-20 minutes to cook. Minimum effort with maximum taste so you can enjoy ALL the pre-game entertainment!

1 lb chicken breast (Cut into bite-sized pieces about 2 oz
1 extra-large egg, whisked
2 cups honey mustard pretzel pieces (crushed by hand or with a food processor)
Optional – honey mustard sauce for dipping
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Set whisked egg aside in a small bowl. Working one by one, dip chicken in the egg wash and then roll it in the pretzel pieces until fully coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone sheet. Repeat until all chicken is finished.
2. Bake chicken for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and the outside is a dark golden brown.
3. Option to serve with honey mustard dipping sauce or just mustard for a macro-free dip!
