I almost cried when Roz said that women often hold emotions in to get shit done. This spoke to me so very much! I am looking forward to kicking off 2018 and continuing to get more in touch with my relationship with food.

I’ve attempted to fully embrace a life of counting macros on more than one occasion only to inevitability give in to my continuous cycle of on track throughout the week, then flying off the rails on the weekends. After posting about my frustration, Jason and Roz both personally contacted me, offered their support and suggest I give this video a try. Wow is all I can say. I honestly got way more out of it than I expected and would HIGHLY suggest this to anyone looking to build a better relationship with food. You won’t regret it!
