If you’re following us on our Instagram, y’all know that my breakfasts have been somewhat epic of late! In the last 7 days I’ve had donuts on four occasions, pancakes twice and a sausage and egg breakfast bagel once. I can confirm that life is peachy in the foodie city of Atlanta! 🙂 Key lime pie is waiting for me just over the border, but in the meantime I’ll be devouring pancakes and other southern delights! ?

One Saturday mid-morning I’d come back from a gym session and needed a decent breakfast to tide me over till lunch.
Yes, you heard me right. You can have the body you want and eat sausage & egg muffins! You might be more accustomed to the golden arch McMuffin variety but at 470 calories & 30g of fat a pop they’re probably not an every day feature – unless you can handle the depressing thought of blowing all your fat macros before midday!
There ain’t no party like a pizza party! After a busy week of coaching and intense CrossFit training, our idea of a fun Friday night usually involves crashing on the sofa, Netflix and PIZZA! After binge watching 13 Reasons Why and Big Little Lies we haven’t started up any new shows yet, so our fall-back guilty pleasure is Diners Drive-ins and Dives. We hope the Food Network never stops airing back-to-back episodes on a Friday night!
It’s avocado season! My second favorite time of the year – after Christmas ooobviously. And this year I’ve been lucky enough to broaden my experiences beyond Cayman’s home-grown & imports as I’ve sampled some of the finest California grown avocados from San Francisco to LA. Clearly I wasn’t going to be able to leave either location without experiencing Instagram’s most annoying food trend, the Avocado Toast.
