When I was younger I wasn’t so into chocolate. But that’s only because I was into everything! Like candy and biscuits (that’s cookies to you) and cake & crips (chips in your world). Really, I didn’t discriminate between anything yummy. I loved and consumed all delicious tasting things equally!
Is there anything better than peanut butter? Yes! Peanut butter + chocolate smooshed together to form a delicious bite-sized chocolate peanut butter cup. If I was a super hero, I’m pretty sure peanut butter cups would be my kryptonite.
“Ahhh this porridge is just right!” is what you’ll be saying after you try this sweet & warming bowl of deliciousness! In true Goldilocks fashion it took a few tries to get this recipe perfect but luckily I didn’t have to worry about upsetting any bears in the process!
I’ve been absolutely loving the meals we get from Fia’s Fresh Meals lately. Out of all the pre-prepared microwavable meals I’ve tried in the past, they really are a cut above the rest! Not just because their vacuum-packed containers keep their meals super fresh, but the ingredients and the variety of delicious meals is of seriously superior quality. From BBQ chicken pizza to butternut squash lasagna and burritos, they’re menu is crowd pleaser! Check them out and use our code OYE10 to get 10% off your first order.

When I was in my teens, I had unlimited access to an incredibly well-stocked pantry. My affinity for junk food was no doubt inherited from my dad. He was careful not to overindulge but I rarely remember a night where a chocolate bar or a bag of Walkers salt and vinegar chips wasn’t devoured! These little protein balls are great to make in bulk and have on hand for satisfying those sweet-tooth cravings with minimal impact on your macros! Feel free to get creative with this recipe, using sprinkles, chocolate chips or cocoa powder, if cinnamon isn’t your jam!
People who know me well enough, will
know that breakfast foods are my favorite type of food! I could eat pancakes, French
