Jan. 2017 I started a 90 day challenge at the gym & wanted to join in to show the members that I would experience what they where about to go through. Lead by example.

What prompted you to get started?
I needed a change! I leaned that after gaining 10 lbs after my first year of crossfit (not muscle)
I started flexible Eating around Feb 19, 2017.
I got started with Jason because I was attempting macros for the second time with someone else. The first time I lost some weight but immediately gained it back. The second time I found it almost impossible to hit the numbers.
